- Patented!: With coach voucher fiber KLS heating technology for absolutely steady, quickest and
  tyre-gentle heating of the whole wheel.
     
- 4 heating roads with coach voucher fiber as electric heating leaders:
  Approx. 150 - 200 m of coal filaments (depending on the size of the tyre warmers) allows an
  absolutely steady heating of the tyres as well as a temperature-exact, thermo-static regulation of
  the heating temperature. Local overheating and with it the danger of the elastic age-hardening already by
  warming up the tyre it is strictly avoided.
     
- Themostat-controlled! Optimum conditions after 35 minutes: Tyres 80°C / rim 40°C.
  With this optimum soaking of the tyre, and in particular the rim as a heat accumulator,
  the temperature sinks in the tyre from heating-end only approx. 1-2°C / min!
  This is especially important; e.g.for bridging longer waiting periods till next race!
     
- One LED: "Red" at heating process.
     
- Inscription: Ideally as a theft protection! With name, teams, logos

Common technical data all KLS tyre warmers

- All KLS tyre warmers adapt themselves to the respective contour of the tyres optimally.
     
- By the use of optimum heat insulation materials the thickness was limited to 5 mm without
  worth warm losses. This means with by shortest warm-up time
  and the highest life span: No bulgy tubes and light assembly, even if there is
  little place between guards and tyres.
     
- Electrical connection with 230 volts.
     
- Heating achievement:
  Achievement admission depending on the tyre dimensions: According to size from 350 to 800 watts.
  Hence, the achievement of stream aggregates had to do if necessary at least 1500 watts per set
  of tyre warmers!
     
- Dimensions:
  KLS tyre warmers are made centimetre-exactly for all current tyres and dimensions.
